Responsibility
- sakura Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced dental practice manager to join our team
- the successful candidate will work 5 days per week, 6 hours per day
- overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the clinic
- we are seeking someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and has excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- managing and supervising the clinic staff, including dental assistants, receptionists, and other team members
- coordinating patient care and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction
- developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in the industry
- managing the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and bookkeeping
Requirements
- previous experience as a dental practice manager is preferred
- A dental nurse qualification is an advantage
- excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- highly motivated and enthusiastic
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of dental software and systems
