supporting the delivery of assigned audits from the quarterly Assurance Plans
helping develop an Audit Planning Memo for each review to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged
documenting work performed using the dedicated audit management tool
drafting high quality audit reports that factually correct and accurately reflect observations
contributing to the creation of remediation action plans by management and assisting in the tracking of audit issues through to closure

Responsibility
evaluate new and existing discovery opportunities in the scholarly/researcher community and propose recommendations to senior stakeholder groups
monitor the performance of individual discovery channels to track return on investment and make recommendations to the product teams accordingly
work with colleagues in Discovery Operations to optimize communication and indexing activities with library discovery services to drive authenticated usage and demonstrate ongoing ROI for existing customers
