- strong negotiating skills with all levels or customers and suppliers • Liaising closely with production for deliveries of materials
- writing detailed quotations for live projects and tenders utilising both actual site details or scaling from customers drawings
- overseeing and controlling multiple projects from tender through to completion • Controlling of budgets per contract both materials and labour
- to meet and/ or exceed financial targets
- invoicing of projects
- as part of the core team you will be responsible for an array of elements for over seeing projects from initial concept through to the completion and aftercare
- clear preparation of RAMS and installers details
- experience within the commercial fencing arena is key to ensure his or hers knowledge of products and installation methodology is transferable into the Safesite Fencing Ltd approach • Excellent people and communication skills both written and verbally
