Responsibility
- this will contain everything the client needs and will also outline their individual preferences, likes, dislikes and requirements
- personal care: Assist with personal hygiene, washing, assistance with using the toilet, assistance with incontinence including pads, commodes and catheter bags
- shopping Assistance: This is completed on the client's request and finance form which must be completed with a receipt
- domestic Duties: Cleaning, emptying bins, washing where requested
- record Keeping: MAR chart , log book , and care plan updates
- work with Empathy, Honesty and Integrity
