we offer various shift patterns, with plenty of midweek work available, although you must be able to work weekends. Immediate start available for the right candidates, subject to screening & vetting, including an enhanced DBS check

conduct regular team observations and provide constructive feedback to both the team and the Head of Operations
complete and submit shift reports at the end of each event
represent the company at each event, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
ensure operational excellence through preparing our team for a successful shift; ensuring unform standards are adhered to, checking licenses and badges, giving out handbooks and report pads as required
act as a point of contact for both our team and clients; addressing their concerns, assisting with queries, and providing feedback on each event
