Requirements

  • chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or unqualified fee earner with substantial experience in residential conveyancing, handling your own caseloads
  • strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing processes, and relevant legislation
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to clients
  • exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • proficiency in using case management systems and other relevant software
  • A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Responsibility

  • digital dictation
  • producing legal correspondence
