Responsibility

  • proactive client support and account management
  • hosting and attending client meetings, including the production of meeting agendas and notes/actions
  • project support for existing clients
  • regular client reporting
  • supporting the wider Business Development team with day-to-day tasks
  • enhance upon and deliver demonstrations/presentations
  • identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
  • understanding new client requirements, assessing the impact on the generic product and analysing the development requirements

Requirements

  • strong I.T. skills including use of Office products, and web-based systems
  • excellent people skills and an ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • great attention to detail
  • highly organised, ability to manage deadlines and projects
  • ability to deliver results in a fast pace and pressured environment
