- factory Sourcing and Management – visit trade shows globally to source new products, research new ideas and find new factories

- manage the NPD team to work closely with each factory to help produce each concept from idea to completion

Requirements
- excellent numeracy skills
- strong negotiation skills
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in NPD is essential
- experience of the toys, souvenirs or gifts sector would be desirable
- project management qualification or relevant experience
- experience of working directly with non-UK factories is essential
- experience of leading and managing a team is essential
