Responsibility
- liaise with clients before, during, and following the tender process to fully understand their requirements
- attend site to interface with clients and carry out site measurements, if required
- prepare and ensure tender submissions are submitted accurately and on time
- conduct Take Offs and produce Bill of Quantities on projects up to £5m
- engage with the supply chain to obtain accurate quotes for materials and services to establish true cost estimates
- understand and scrutinize the supply chain quotations ensuring accuracy, value for money, and resolve cost discrepancies while maintaining profitability
- understand and present financial overviews of tenders
- develop the Company's current supply chain introducing new suppliers and subcontractors
