coordinate and brief all operations teams on project timelines to minimise guest disruption and ensure all operational stakeholders are fully briefed
supply management - provide quotes, negotiate, order, track, receipt, store and deliver all interior fixtures, fittings and equipment
promote continuous improvement in the level of quality and guest care provided by the business and make proposals/suggestions where applicable
Requirements
previous PA experience preferably from a creative industry background
microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
highly organised with the ability to multi task
excellent attention to detail
ability to 'Collaborate and Communicate' to the highest level
demonstrate a mind-set to 'Complete and Finish' projects, managing multiple work streams at once
drive for results - ability to 'Make it Happen' regardless of the barriers seemingly in place
excellent 'Empathy' skills, with the ability to listen as well as lead
