Responsibility
- assist Managers with their day-to-day tasks, eg. diary management, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, car parking spaces and catering
- providing secretarial and administrative support, such as diary management, booking meeting rooms, email filing, and scanning
- book travel
- drafting and formatting documents, including letters and reports, in accordance with RSM’s brand procedures
- raise and issue monthly client billing and coordinate with Credit Control as needed
- maintaining internal records, ensuring information is correct and up to date
- update client records on billing system
- archiving records and assisting with the document destruction process
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role preferably within a professional services environment
- excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to deal effectively and discreetly with sensitive and confidential information, recognising and respecting its confidential nature
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage, and meet the deadlines
- excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce high quality work quickly
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to relate well to a range of people in different situations
- desire to constantly improve and develop
