Responsibility
- be a visible, daily point of contact to office-based employees and/or their line managers to identify and resolve action points
- coordinate office moves, reconfigurations, and renovations to meet changing needs
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to execute projects within scope, budget, and timelines
- develop and manage the facility's budget, including operating expenses, capital expenditure and cost-saving initiatives
- develop and implement strategies to optimise the use of facilities, equipment, and resources
- oversee day-to-day facility operations, working with the Facilities Administrator to manage the maintenance and cleaning teams
- work closely with the senior management, colleagues, clients, contractors and all other third parties, leading to the delivery of high-quality working environment
