Responsibility
- to visit customers in a structured and regular manner to ensure a full and comprehensive coverage is achieved
- obtain and feedback competitors market intelligence
- update company CRM system on all customer visits, product support sales leads and potential sales
- collate details of all issues and concerns raised during customer visits
- provide machine inspection with follow up reports and recommendations of repairs and purchasing forecast to the customer
- assist and participate in product support promotions, campaigns and shows
- provide accurate feedback to the Product support department in the resolution of any invoice disputes
- communicate our parts and service products to the customer and provide feedback on those products to ensure that the company maintains a competitive price level
Requirements
- able to demonstrate previous sales success
- ability to deliver and able to demonstrate excellent customer service
- heavy Plant Equipment Product knowledge
- strong communication and good presentation skills
- enthusiastic and flexible in approach
- good interpersonal skills at all levels
- work well under pressure
