Responsibility
- we are looking for a full-time Food and Beverage Manager For one of our Client hotel in central London
- this is a full-time position with 40hrs split over 5 days and is paid a competitive salary including companywide benefits
- you'll ensure the smooth running of the F&B operation on a daily basis, delegating where appropriate and implementing pre-shift and post-shift briefings
- you need to prepare rotas to meet business needs and ensure that staffing levels and costs are kept within budget
- you'll work closely with the Sales team to ensure a co-ordinated approach to customers
