  • it's an exciting time for the team, we’re a year on from moving to a brand-new central Bath office and about to go live with a new HR system, so we’re looking for a new team member to join us
  • reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Performance and working closely with our HR Coordinator, this role sits within our Governance and People function and will primarily support the administration and delivery of a proactive HR service across all employee life cycle events
  • being fully office-based, you will also provide holiday / sickness cover for our Executive and Governance Assistant by supporting general office duties such as post and act as the office point of contact
  • do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to communicate to individuals at all levels

  • this role is an exciting opportunity to lead a National Lottery Community Fund funded project with the Royal Osteoporosis Society to build an integrated suite of peer support for people living with osteoporosis and fractures in England
  • in this Fixed Term Contract, the role-holder will lead and deliver the grant funded programme to develop and grow our local volunteer led peer groups and our digital online forum, alongside piloting new hybrid approaches to peer support to help us reach into new communities
