Responsibility
- ensure high-quality food production and service standards are met
- make sure high standards of cleanliness throughout the pub are kept to
- train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed

- maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary

- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- oversee and manage the daily operations of the bar and cellar, and work with the ghead chef to make sure bartending, coffee, and banquet departments
Requirements
- able to run a cellar
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team and lead from the front
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and other departments
- exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery
- problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during events or in day-to-day operations
- knowledge of food production processes, catering practices, bartending techniques, and coffee preparation methods
- supervising experience: 1 year
