Requirements
- 3 years or more experience as a roti chef
- applicants must have verifiable references for those 3 years’ experience
- wok cooking: 1 year
- ILETS certificate that is specifically for UKVI entry clearance purpose at 4 or above, must have 4 in each area of reading, writing, listening and speaking
Responsibility
- you enforce a strict health and hygiene standard according to HACCP
