- however, you will be working out and about within the community of Dudley
- we have an exciting opportunity for a part time Young Adult Carer Wellbeing Advisor to work within our Dudley Carers Wellbeing Service, working Monday to Friday
- this role is about helping Young Carers transition into adulthood, accessing information that will help them as individuals to have a life of their own, yet support them in their caring role
- you will carry your own case load of Young Adult Carers, visiting them in a variety of settings; their home, further education, or any other practical private setting to allow for confidentiality
Education
- certificate of Higher Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- pastoral or mentoring: 1 year
- working in an Advisor role similar to this: 1 year
- health and Social Care: 2 years
- working in a similar advisory role: 1 year
- working within a Health and Social Care role: 1 year
- working in a similar environment: 1 year
