tracking the payment status of projects and programmes/frameworks
preparation of Applications for Payment for submission to Client
preparation, development, and analysis of framework wide commercial reports both internally and for the Client
sub-contract administration including developing sub-contract documents, reviewing, and agreeing valuations, managing variations, and negotiating final accounts
engineer
Responsibility
produce enquiry schedules for scope of works and packages required from the tender documentation, drawings, and specifications for sub-contracted scopes
input to project risk register and attend project risk meetings in the presence of Estimators, Planning Engineers, Design Co-ordinators and Client representatives
although predominantly office based, there is a requirement to attend out of office meetings and visit Client sites. This may also require working away from home if the site visits or Client meetings are not local to the RSE office
