manage the overall operation of the domiciliary care agency, including staff recruitment, training, and supervision
develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client
ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards governing domiciliary care services
conduct regular assessments and reviews of client care plans to ensure effectiveness and appropriateness of care delivery
foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and best practices in care service delivery
maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly
prepare and submit reports to funders and commissioners as required

Requirements
registered Manager with relevant qualifications in health and social care management
