  • managing and leading the Planning function within RoslinCT to ensure internal and external customers’ requirements are met
  • leading of monthly S&OP cycle including demand forecast from customer, supply planning pre-S&OP and S&OP executive
  • definition, creation and reporting of key performance metrics and dashboards, schedule adherence, facility utilisation and on time starts
  • being S&OP process owner, identify and support of initiatives to optimise Planning processes
