- we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team
- answer and direct phone calls
- greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning

Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong proofreading skills
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
