Responsibility

  • we are established fine dining Restaurant located in Bishop's Stortford town centre
  • we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team
  • answer and direct phone calls
  • greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong proofreading skills
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
