- assist in painting or finishing tasks as required on-site
- report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly
Requirements
- proven experience as a Scaffold Builder or in a similar role within the construction industry
- strong knowledge of scaffold fabrication techniques and safety regulations
- proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- ability to perform basic masonry work as needed for scaffold installation
- familiarity with electrical installations related to scaffolding setups is advantageous
- physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods, including working at heights
- excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues on-site
- A valid scaffold building certification is preferred but not essential; training may be provided for the right candidate
