  • ability to perform basic masonry work as needed for scaffold installation
  • familiarity with electrical installations related to scaffolding setups is advantageous
  • physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods, including working at heights
  • excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues on-site
  • A valid scaffold building certification is preferred but not essential; training may be provided for the right candidate
