Responsibility
first line response by telephone or email to all member and public enquiries and correspondence
supporting the accurate and efficient management of the member database
sending communications to members as appropriate
supporting Choir Leaders with resource requirements and information
managing the office post needs
to ensure confidentiality at all times, only releasing confidential information obtained during the course of employment to those acting in an official capacity in accordance with policies and procedures
working as part of the Rock Choir team to ensure the smooth running in all areas of this busy office where necessary

teach contemporary Rock Choir material using provided resources
travel to each choir location
create a fun, inclusive, and social learning environment
deliver weekly 1.5hr sessions to each location during term times
utilise your piano and vocal skills to deliver high-quality musical instruction
create engaging and enjoyable choir sessions from start to finish
attend twice-termly meetings and training events three times a year
Requirements
we deliver exciting choir sessions weekly for local communities of enthusiastic singers who are motivated learners
proficient in reading music/chords, piano playing, and singing
professional experience as a Vocal Coach
due to the nature of the job, you must have a full GB Driving Licence and use of a car
full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
degree or equivalent in Music
own PA system, keyboard, and head mic
provide your own PA system, keyboard and head mic
music teacher
