Requirements
- level 3 award in Health & Social Care / Residential Care or willing to work towards
- this is a statutory requirement for all employees wishing to work in childcare
- working individually and within a team
- experience of working with children in residential childcare
- experience of working with children
- experience in outdoor activities
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care, relevant equivalent or willing to work towards
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care/Health and Social Care
