maintenance team leader
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- undertake daily routine safety and maintenance checks ensuring that vehicles, machinery and equipment used is well maintained, kept clean and not exposed to the risk of damage or theft
- report all accidents and incidents as appropriate
- to operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health & Safety Regulations, COSHH, Environmental issues and Waste Disposal etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM
- closely liaise with the client to ensure that all works delivered are to the required standard, and where appropriate agree remedial works
- manage & take part in an On-Call rota providing 24hr, 365 day cover to the Facilities
- operate a wide range of vehicles, plant and equipment including vehicle attached machinery, pedestrian and ride-on machinery and hand held equipment
- liaise with Client Representatives and Contract Managers ensuring positive constructive relationships based on good service delivery
- undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the healthcare objectives of the client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the patient group
