  • we are looking for a full-time practice manager to play an integral part in our business growth strategy
  • we are currently going through a modern re-brand to build on the five-star reputation we already hold in the local communities
  • A network of optical assistants, experienced management team and hands-on owner-optician make up a supportive network for the newly appointed manager

Requirements

  • provide quality dispenses with a focus on fashion and individual frame styling
  • be a problem-solver and think outside the box
  • be able to commute between two main branches to support your core teams
  • encourage your team to sell add-on treatments such as audiology services
  • lead by example and positive reinforcement
  • be able to work autonomously through your patient list advising patients on frame and lens options to suit their needs
  • be comfortable training your own team to assist in the practice skills base
  • be able to collaborate with our management team to offer improvements
