- we are looking for a full-time practice manager to play an integral part in our business growth strategy

- A network of optical assistants, experienced management team and hands-on owner-optician make up a supportive network for the newly appointed manager

Requirements
- provide quality dispenses with a focus on fashion and individual frame styling
- be a problem-solver and think outside the box
- be able to commute between two main branches to support your core teams
- encourage your team to sell add-on treatments such as audiology services
- lead by example and positive reinforcement
- be able to work autonomously through your patient list advising patients on frame and lens options to suit their needs
- be comfortable training your own team to assist in the practice skills base
- be able to collaborate with our management team to offer improvements
