ROADVACS is looking for employees for positions:
- A background in welding is desirable

- knowledge and experience working with commercial vehicles, plant machinery / HGV vehicles
- be of a practical and decisive nature with the ability to use common sense when reviewing issues

- maintaining a clean, organized and productive work area
- conduct full vehicle training as well as vehicle checks, services and repairs
- inform customers on different services we offer including maintenance contracts
- follow up with the customer to see how they are doing with their new vehicle
- any concerns the customer might have are to be acted on in a timely manner
- ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest levels of standards and customer service
- work closely with the Workshop Manage to book in services/repairs
- to be the first point of contact with our after sales customer in a professional manner both in person and/or via phone and/or email
- do monthly reports on the Aftersales area and work towards the KPIs set
- must have knowledge/experience working on commercial vehicles/ plant machinery
- must have operational experience including an ability to do vehicle training unaided
- must have an engineering background to be able to carry out services
- HGV class 2 license preferable or willing to undertake training when required
- must have customer service experience
- must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- must create and maintain good relationships with customers
- must have good computer skills
