Responsibility
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- greet and seat customers
- supervise and train front-of-house staff to provide high-quality customer service
- take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- take orders and serve food and drinks
- ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- excellent communication and people skills
- proven work experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role
- excellent guest relations skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service
- willingness to learn and take direction
