- proficiency in Node.js for server-side development
- Ability to develop and implement route planning and design features

- Experience with API integration, particularly with the CX platform
- proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role within logistics or transportation industries
- strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and regulatory compliance requirements
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- A valid driver's licence is essential; additional qualifications related to transport management are advantageous
