Responsibility
- maintain and enhance the beauty of gardens through regular upkeep and landscape maintenance
- plant, grow, and nurture a variety of plants, flowers, and shrubs
- operate power tools and hand tools safely for garden maintenance tasks
- irrigate plants effectively to ensure optimal growth conditions
- conduct regular inspections of garden areas to identify any issues such as pests or diseases
- clear debris and maintain cleanliness in garden areas
- assist with groundskeeping duties as required, ensuring all outdoor spaces are well-kept
- collaborate with other team members to plan and implement garden projects
Requirements
- proven experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred
- familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to gardening tasks
- knowledge of plant care, including growing conditions and pest management
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- strong attention to detail and a passion for horticulture
- good physical fitness, as the role requires lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
- A valid driver's licence may be advantageous for transportation purposes
