Requirements

  • extensive experience in machine tool maintenance or service roles, with a focus on both electrical and mechanical systems

Responsibility

  • collaborate with cross functional teams such as operations, engineering, quality and supply chain to address maintenance related issues effectively
  • identify trends and recurring issues, propose corrective measures, and implement process improvements
  • coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules
  • conduct regular inspections, diagnostics and geometrical inspections for maintenance of mechanical systems on CNC machinery
  • maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, and inventory
