Requirements
- previous experience in a Busy Kitchen
- excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- knowledge of best cooking practices
- experience of Creating Menus with Costing and allergens
- basic computer skills for day to day operations
- culinary school diploma
