  • rivet Care is currently seeking a skilled Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service located at our Wolverhamton Office
  • the Registered Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing the domiciliary care services offered by Rivet Care
  • active participation in regular team meetings and cultivating relationships with external professionals are integral aspects of this role
  • in the capacity of Registered Care Manager for Domiciliary Care, the chosen candidate will assume the responsibility of overseeing care provision, ensuring alignment with CQC standards, and leading the team in delivering a service centered around individual needs
  • while primarily office-based, the position may require on-call responsibilities
  • as the Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be in charge of day-to-day operations, including the compilation of schedules, care assessments, risk evaluations, and care plans
  • your role will involve overseeing service user teams, conducting supervisory sessions, managing rota arrangements, performing unannounced checks on projects, and making home visits to service users
  • A full driving license is required
