packer
Responsibility
- accurately pick our products from designated storage areas according to order specifications and packing lists
- safely pack products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and protection to prevent damage during transit
- conduct quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards, including expiration dates and product integrity
- assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels to support inventory management and replenishment processes
- complete required shipping documentation and labels, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements
- maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols specific to handling pharmaceutical products
- work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping targets
Requirements
- prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or picking/packing role is preferred
- strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and packing, as well as adherence to quality standards
- good organisational skills to manage multiple orders and maintain efficient workflows
- understanding of safety and hygiene protocols, especially in a pharmaceutical environment
- willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed to meet production demands
- A full UK drivers licence
