nutritionist
Responsibility
- conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health, nutritional habits, and lifestyle choices to develop tailored wellness plans
- provide evidence-based nutrition and dietary advice to clients, focusing on improving health outcomes and promoting healthy eating habits
- support clients in setting and achieving health and wellness goals through motivational coaching, behaviour change techniques, and ongoing support
- design and implement personalised health and nutrition programs that align with clients’ needs and the company’s offerings
- educate clients on nutrition, weight management, and lifestyle choices
- track clients’ progress and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making adjustments as necessary to optimise outcomes
- maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, progress, and program outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, or a related field; certification as a health coach or nutritionist is preferred
- previous experience in health coaching, nutrition counselling, or a related role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- strong understanding of nutrition principles and dietary guidelines
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex nutritional concepts clearly and effectively
- strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and motivate them towards achieving their health goals
- strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate documentation
