  • checking all legal work completed by the advisor throughout the estate administration. This includes, but is not limited to, grant applications, IHT forms, estate accounts, post-death variations and trust deeds
  • providing weekly feedback to advisors under supervision, including a one-hour coaching session per week to discuss all files submitted for supervision, followed up with written feedback
  • providing ongoing supervisory support including ad hoc legal questions
  • the role is perfect for an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive who is passionate about developing and mentoring the next generation of Private Client lawyers by way of comprehensive supervision, whilst continuing to maintain client relationships with a small case load of advanced-level work

Requirements
