- line management of the Late Shift personnel
- monitoring of enforcement of housekeeping standards
- monitoring and enforcement of quality control standards
- monitoring and enforcement of Health & Safety standards
- monitoring and training staff in standard operating procedures and safe systems of work
- managing staff training and grading records
- monitoring and reporting of production efficiency for managed shifts
- implementing relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations
Requirements
- supervisor or Management in a similar role
- previous machine operating experience essential
- current forklift licence would be beneficial but training will be given where needed
- ability to work on feet for long periods
- ability to work quickly and accurately
- job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- hours: 7pm to 5:30am Monday to Thursday
