RIDGESPEAR is looking for employees for positions:
- line management of the Late Shift personnel
- monitoring of enforcement of housekeeping standards
- monitoring and enforcement of quality control standards
- monitoring and enforcement of Health & Safety standards
- monitoring and training staff in standard operating procedures and safe systems of work
- managing staff training and grading records
- monitoring and reporting of production efficiency for managed shifts
- implementing relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations
- supervisor or Management in a similar role
- previous machine operating experience essential
- current forklift licence would be beneficial but training will be given where needed
- ability to work on feet for long periods
- ability to work quickly and accurately
- job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- hours: 7pm to 5:30am Monday to Thursday
- supervisory experience in manufacturing or engineering
- previous machine operating experience
- knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- current forklift licence would be beneficial but training will be given where needed

- ensure all staff are working on the correct jobs and producing work in line with targets and quality standards
- liaise with other team leaders to ensure smooth shift handover
- set and run production machinery including manual, semi-automatic and CNC machines
- ensure quality standards are maintained by making regular QA checks in line with company procedures
- identify damaged or missing goods
- fault finding and repairs to machinery
