Requirements

  • experience with working with point cloud data in AutoCAD or Revit
  • technical Building Regulations knowledge and Planning Law would be beneficial but not essential
  • knowledge of COBie data and facilities management packages would be beneficial but not essential
  • knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD is essential, but some training can be provided to the suitable candidate
  • knowledge of Dynamo scripting would be beneficial but not essential
  • knowledge of presenting as-built survey information in line with the RICS Measured surveys of Land, Buildings and Utilities
  • experience in providing Revit / CAD support on Architectural projects for the team through all RIBA architectural stages including space planning, technical detailing would be beneficial but not essential
