Responsibility
- working as an offline programmer creating CNC programs to support production
- support the programming team through cross-functional training where needed
- be able to work with a wider range of support functions both internal and external including CNC setters and production operators
- promote and participate in improvement activities as and when required to do so

- the engineering division makes precision turned and milled components for customers in Instruments, Electronics & Telecommunications, Safety Equipment & Breathing Apparatus, Medical, Metrology, Aerospace & Defence, Sub Sea Components, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Valves & Cylinders and Railway Braking & Signalling Equipment
- support the business in other areas outside of your day-to-day activities in line with business requirements
- monitor shop floor Production as and when required by Head of Department
