  • to support RHT clients and their end-user clients to provide a reliable, efficient and quality service, always exceeding our clients' expectations

  • work closely with Account Managers to facilitate clients' requirements, managing and optimising resources

  • dealing with inbound telephone calls
  • management of client storage, including inventories and ensuring billing is done
  • receiving goods-in documentation from the warehouse

  • providing holiday and sick cover for invoicing, crate management etc

Responsibility

  • to maintain the warehouse environment ensuring it is kept in a controlled, orderly and tidy manor
  • to receive inbound client goods, ensuring their condition and quantities are thoroughly check before that are stowed away
  • informing Operations of goods received
  • note and report any damaged goods received
  • prepare and manage client stock records
  • pick and prepare goods for re-delivery
  • supervise the warehouse during loading to ensure staff are completing their tasks as instructed
  • supervise the staff loading and preparing vehicles in the yard

Requirements

  • proven experience as a delivery driver or in a commercial driving role
  • driving: 4 years
