Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Responsibility
- to support RHT clients and their end-user clients to provide a reliable, efficient and quality service, always exceeding our clients' expectations
- to resource, manage and develop operational staff
- manage project costs to provide the most efficient, cost-effective solution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- work closely with Account Managers to facilitate clients' requirements, managing and optimising resources
- lead project meetings to plan future resource and capacity
- lead, manage, develop and motivate the Operations team
- identify and mitigate operational risks, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency and continuous improvement
- manage and maintain vehicles and equipment, including driver records , ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
Requirements
- operations management experience
- previous demonstrable experience of managing and motivating remote teams
- construction and/ or logistics experience desirable
- excellent communication skills
- excellent planning and organisational skills
- employee engagement
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- driving licence
