- be able to work on their own initiative and be able to plan and prioritise tasks
- must be reliable and self-motivated
- the job is ideally suited to someone who can work under pressure and is comfortable with manual handling and lifting of heavy boxes and cartons
- you will pick, load vehicle and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules
- as well as looking after incoming goods, using forklift trucks to offload pallets from suppliers, you will be required to deliver goods and be able to perform various other administrative duties as required by the management
- the candidate will also have to keep accurate records of cash collected, fuel purchases, log sheets, returns and other record requirements that may occur
- you should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, checked appropriately, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients
