staff pleasent but certain management entombed in fiefdoms of power with arrogant and bulllying tactics towards longterm customers a case of familiarity breeds contempt and not completly open about how the product is almost on par with plastic unless commercial recycling of it is available for its disposal ,which most council and authorities are not so na bit if a sumani wave being rode
