RESTFUL HOMES GROUP is looking for employees for positions:
- position: Regional Manager
- report to : Director of Operations
- complete RIDDOR and Reg.37 reports as required.4ensure staff team completes H&S training as required
- ensure staff adhere to the Codes of Practice and rules, policies and procedures contained in the Staff Handbook
- ensure that all policies and procedures related to the running of the Home are adhered to
- ensure the Home meets H&S regulations and guidance
- ensure processes are in place an adhered to in line with the requirements of the Care Quality Commission
- ensure staff work and comply with financial systems in line with Company policies, procedures and guidelines
- job Title: Care Home Manager
- report to: Director of Operations
- report financial discrepancies to the Operations Manager
- ensure the premises are kept clean ad hygienic throughout
- these duties are not exhaustive. Job holders may be asked to undertake other responsibilities, within their spheres of responsibility and competence
- to attend month Manager meetings and contribute to the agenda
- take responsibility for areas of development or leadership as directed by the Operations Manager
