- previous experience as a Sous Chef in a Michelin starred restaurant essential
- be confident in assisting the Executive and Head Chef to lead and support a large brigade
- proficient in kitchen management, ordering and stock control
- fully knowledgeable of all food hygiene and health and safety procedures
- you will be passionate about food and hospitality
