- compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and clean restaurant and bar area
- responsibilities: As the supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the service with both the bar and restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. You will work meticulously with our bartender to strengthen our beverage operation
Requirements
