to comply with the companies Operational Management System
to understand all SOP’s relevant to the job role and carry out the duties efficiently and effectively
to manage all laboratory waste including the timely disposal of clinical and general waste
to help with stock rotation of critical supplies
to offer support to all departments as required
to be a role model for the agreed company values and behaviours on a daily basis
to communicate and interact constructively with all members of the team
to undertake all mandatory training and competencies pertinent to the role

Requirements
previous experience of working in a Laboratory environment is desirable
discipline for Health & Safety and Security at all times
accurate attention to details and ability to keep reliable records
able to work under pressure during busy periods and manage own workload
willingness to learn new skills in the Laboratory if requested to do so
