- to comply with the companies Operational Management System
- to understand all SOP’s relevant to the job role and carry out the duties efficiently and effectively
- to manage all laboratory waste including the timely disposal of clinical and general waste
- to help with stock rotation of critical supplies
- to offer support to all departments as required
- to be a role model for the agreed company values and behaviours on a daily basis
- to communicate and interact constructively with all members of the team
- to undertake all mandatory training and competencies pertinent to the role

Requirements
- previous experience of working in a Laboratory environment is desirable
- discipline for Health & Safety and Security at all times
- accurate attention to details and ability to keep reliable records
- able to work under pressure during busy periods and manage own workload
