Responsibility
- support the implementation of ISRS within the UK contracts as part of the Specialities Division’s wider implementation plan
- conducting site visits around the UK to perform internal audits and management of the internal audit programme
- creation and communication of weekly and monthly business SHEQ reports
- working with the central teams to assist with the completion of partner questionnaires in relation to quality, CSR and environmental compliance
- supporting the management and administration of the Business Management System, ensuring that documents are updated and re-issued as required and assisting with document amendments relating to the SHEQ department
- preparing and conducting the central UK annual management review in line with the requirements of the applicable ISO standards whilst supporting each UK contract in their review
- experience in issuing, following up and closing corrective actions
