Responsibility
- we are seeking qualified and experienced Staff Nurses to join a prestigious hospital based in the Channel Islands
- as a Divisional Nurse Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading nursing services within the medicine division
- staff Nurse
- provide strategic direction and leadership to the nursing staff within the medicine division
- delivering excellent patient-centred care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients under your supervision
- collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients
- ensure compliance with regulatory standards, guidelines, and best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement in nursing practice
- administering medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures
Requirements
- full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- full NMC registration as a qualified nurse
- ENB 998/C&G 7307 or relevant teaching experience
- previous experience in a similar clinical setting, preferably in general medicine or general surgery
- postgraduate or post Registration study or equivalent
- strong clinical skills and a sound knowledge of current nursing practices
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues
- master’s degree or equivalent experience
