kitchen porter
Responsibility
- to following cleaning procedures in the kitchen, back area and canteen
- to work within a team of Kitchen Porters on a rotation ensuring job are distributed fairly
- as an employer, The Vineyard Group offers support, training and development opportunities to help your career flourish
- to assist with basic food preparation, to include vacuum packing and any other jobs required
- to complete all flow training within a timely manner
- to adhere to all regulations set out by the Vineyard Company manual and kitchen manual
- to abide by Health and Safety Regulations as required by Law
- we are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen Brigade, on a Part Time or Casual, as a 365 day business you may be required to work evenings/weekends/bank holidays
