as the Senior Maintenance Manager you will be the day to day lead for ALL maintenance related issues for the entire Regent portfolio
you will actively process all maintenance requests, liaising with Landlords, Developers, Tenants, Contractors and other departments within Regent, and will be supported by a Maintenance Coordinator
you will be responsible for ensuring Regent clients best interests are kept at all times and that a high level of customer service is maintained
to delegate appropriate duties to the Maintenance Coordinator and follow through to ensure they are being actioned
to adhere to KPI’s set by Head of Property Management
Requirements
to be knowledgeable of current and upcoming property legislation, and to be knowledgeable of a broad range of maintenance issues
to be passionate about, and see the importance of, customer service
to be experienced in complaint handling and dispute resolution
to have a pragmatic and ‘common sense’ approach to problem solving
to be aware of the need to balance both ‘commercial’ business interests and duties of care to clients, tenants etc
to be experienced in the management of residential property, having held Property Management positions previously. Senior Property Management experience is preferred but not essential
